Lust List

So I was stalking one of my favorite beauty bloggers today, and I saw a post on her blog called her Lust List. It was just a couple of products she really wanted to get from Sephora to try out. So I decided to share with you lovelies some of the things that I want to get in this next up coming weeks!

1. BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector in Moonstone - I have the pressed powder of this and I love it. But I feel like its just not as pigmented as I would like. So I would love to try the liquid formula and see how that plays out.
2. Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask in Champagne - I love this shimmery color. Anything Champagne colored, I buy. Its such a beautiful pink color, and the agave extract is very nourishing for your lips.
3. BECCA Under eye Brightening Corrector - Not only is the packaging on this incredibly cute and pretty, but I have heard amazing things about this. Its perfect for dark circles because once you put it on, its like dark circles are non-existent.
3. Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask in Champagne - I love this shimmery color. Anything Champagne colored, I buy. Its such a beautiful pink color, and the agave extract is very nourishing for your lips.
4. Caudalie Vinoperfect Randiance Serum - I have been looking for the perfect serum for a very long time. This serum is very brightening and lightens acne scars as well as dark spots.
5. Kate Somerville Clarifying Treatment Toner - This toner is awesome. It prevents break outs and also lightens acne scars on top of that.
6. Kat Von D Shade + Light Eye Contour Palette - I love everything about Kat Von D. I have been eyeing this palette overtime I go to Sephora. I have no idea why I haven't bought it yet.
7. L'Occitane Almond Smoothing and Beautifying Milk Concentrate - Milk is an awesome anti-infammatory. Its soothing and helps redness die down. This would be the perfect lotion for right after you get out of the bath or shower.
8. Tatcha Gold Camellia Beauty Oil - for $95 this oil better make me look 21 for the next 40 years. I have no perfect reason for wanting it, but its just in an adorable purple bottle with gold flecks in it. Must have right?!
9. Josie Maran Sugar Balm Body Scrub - I love sugar scrubs. This one is the perfect mixture of oils and sugar crystals that will be non embracive, and get rid of dead skin.
10. Origins Clear Improvement Purifying Charcoal Body Wash - I am a fan of body wash. I own so many its crazy. But this Charcoal body wash is purifying for the skin, and I have been looking for one that is just like this and will get results from repeated use.

Continuing VIB rouge haul and review!

So recently I received an email from Sephora telling me that I only had $134 left until December 31st to continue being VIB Rouge! The moment I read that I B-lined straight to Sephora. The inner make up junkie was desperate to continue her VIB status.

The first thing I new needed when I got to Sephora was a new Benefit they're real! push-up liner. I just ran out, and this is always my go to. This stuff does not a budge. It goes on very smooth and it looks the same by the end of the day every time!

While I was in the Benefit isle, I decided to go ahead and pick up their Roller Lash mascara. I never tried it and I have only heard good things about it, and of course what I heard was right. I never doubted it, all of Benefits mascara is perfect, but the Roller Lash is amazeballs. This stuff is magic! one side is like a regular brush to get the volume, and the other side is a tiny brush so you can get close to the waterline, get the volume, and get that beautiful curl!

Right next to the Benefit isle is the Make Up Forever line. I love this line. Its perfect for up and coming amateur make up artists. They have everything you could ever possibly want to do SFX make up to just normal every day make up. I picked up some of Make up Forevers Step 1 Skin Equalizer primer. Not only does this stuff smell amazing, but it perfectly evens out your skin for a flawless base for application.

While there, I decided to pick up some Nars Radiant Concealer. I have seen so many good reviews online for this product, but when I got home and tried it, I was that impressed. I got a color that was lighter than what I normally get so I can use it has highlight, but it does not do a good job of concealing.

So recently I also ran out of my Anastasia Beverly Hills Perfect Brow Pencil so I went ahead and got another one. This this is life. I would be lost without this to fill in my eyebrows. 10/10.

We all know that Kat Von D makes amazing make up, especially when it comes to her Everlasting Liquid Lipstick. It rocks. So I went ahead and picked up her color Exorcism. I watched it on my hand and it looked like this beautiful burgundy color thats perfect for the winter holidays, but when I got home and tried it on my lips and it came out more brown. I definitely still plan on wearing it all the time. Just a little bummed that its more brown than maroon.

So when you walk into Sephora they like to display all
their new products right when you walk in. The first thing that immediately got my attention was the Egg Pore. Its a blackhead steam balm that is from Tony Moly. I have used this a couple times, and i definitely love it. It also comes in this super cute egg shape container!

The other thing they had on display was BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in Rose Gold. I have never tried anything from BECCA, and I have needed a really awesome highlighter, and this does the trick. It perfectly highlights everything on my face and my spear just got the BECCA line so I definitely will be going back for more colors.

Standing in line to pay out, I see that they had these super cute tiny bottles of Bumble and Bumbles pret-a-powder, and I have been dying to try it. I haven't tried it yet but I definitely will tell you guys when I do!

Jeffree Star Holiday Edition Review + Swatches!

So very recently I have discovered the beautiful Jeffree Star cosmetics line, and I am in love. By far
the best liquid lipstick I have ever tried. IT has a flexible doe foot applicator that bends to your lip, and its is so creamy and smooth going on and dries perfectly matte. The best. Seriously.

Full view of the beautiful lippies
(L to R: Hoe Hoe Hoe, Drug Lord, Mistletoe, Doll Parts, Androgyny)

The first swatch for you lovely people is Hoe Hoe Hoe. Not only do I love this name very much, but this is the most beautiful deep red that I have ever seen. If any of you have tried colour pops Bitchette, it looks very similar. Except that this one has blue and purple glitter in it! Yes! Glitter! Now the glitter is that hardcore. Its very tiny specs. So you definitely are not being bombarded by glitter. Although, I would not mind that. The only down side to this lipstick is that it can get clumpy. Plus, it builds with every coat. Other than that, this color is so beautiful.

Very messy swatch of Hoe Hoe Hoe plus two special guest named pimple 1 and 2

The second swatch I have for you is Drug Lord. This color is CRAZY. I had mad respect for any woman who will wear this color out and about. I on the other hand only bought for the sole purpose of mixing it with other liquid lipsticks to get a lighter color. I have found that doing that is much better than by its self because the white isn't very pigmented as I would like, but its perfect for mixing. I love mixing it with Weirdo (which is Jeffree Stars black liquid lipstick) and making a beautiful grey color.

Swatch of Drug Lord and all its complete madness (after about 5 coats lol)

The second crazy color I bought was Mistletoe. Its a beautiful rich green and boy is it perfect. Every time I wear this color I instantly feel all the christmas cheer. I immediately want to break out in christmas carols and drink egg nog and bake christmas cookies. It goes on very smooth and I was very impressed because when purchasing it, I was very terrified lol.

Swatch of Mistletoe. This lighting does not do this color ANY justice!!

Now getting into the more normal colors. This on is Doll Parts. Im not usually a person who wears pink. I am red all the way. This pink though, is very muted and beautiful. I would describe it as the perfect pink nude, although not nude. I have been wearing this color a lot and I always feel so cute and girly when I have it on!

Swatch of Doll Parts

The last color in the Holiday edition is Androgyny. Holy cow this color is amazing. It sold out in 24 hours and Jeffree Star has no plan on bringing it back, (unless we can somehow convince him because this color is absolutely perfect.) Other than Doll Parts I have been wearing this non stop. It is unlike any other liquid lipstick I have ever tried. All though matte, it is not drying, and it doesn't feel packed out. Plus it is just all around the perfect color for fall and winter and hell, even wear it in spring and summer! Every time I wear this color I get so many compliments on it!

Swatch of Androgyny in all its gloriousness. So perfect and so bold D:

Lippie Review: ColourPop Lippie Stix

Colour pop is a brand that is only based online. I found them through a youtube channel, because one of the beauty gurus that I follow religiously had a video of her swatching like a million of these lip pie stix, and I was immediately hooked. They're are based in Los Angeles, and there lip products have the smoothest, creamiest formulas for the low price of 5 dollars. I ended up buying 8 of their colors, but as soon as pay day comes, I will be buying more!!

The first color I swatched for you guys is called Lumière. It is a very beautiful matte, pinky nude, and it practically goes with everything. The formula in their matte colors are nondrying and super pigmented! (By the way, I am not wearing any make up in this picture, so I am sorry for the bare skin!!)

The second one is in the color Gossip. Gossip is a satin formula. Its not quite matte, and there is still some shine to it, but the pigment is still wonderful! As you can tell, its a light pinky color that will be perfect for this upcoming spring!!

The third color is Punky. This one is a more pinky coral and its another satin finish! I am not really into coral colors that much at the moment, but when I saw the swatches online I instantly fell in love with it!!

The fourth one is Heart On. More on the purply pink side of things and it is in a matte finish.

The fifth color is Bossy. I looooove this one. The name is what really pushed me to buy it in the first place. All I can picture when wearing it is being the huge executive in a tight pencil skirt and blouse with this color on my lips! It is also in a matte finish.

Now this one is in the color Flawless. Everytime I go down town on the weekends to dance with my friends I immediately reach for this color. If you know me, you know that I am absolutely in love with dark purples and red. This is in a satin finish, and it seriously stays on all night without any problem.

The seventh color is in LBB. It is in a matte finish, and its another purply red color. I love this color for when I am at work or just hanging out. Its such a pretty color and it lasts all night!!

The last color I got was Bichette. First of all, love the name, and second, looooove the color. This is the perfect dark red for me, and it seriously looks great on every skin tone. When I wear this to work, every single one of my co workers as to put it on, and they all look great in it!!

This is the perfect affordably lipstick to buy. Even if you are a little iffy about buying make up online like I am, I say go ahead and just do it. packaging is safe, free shipping starts at 30 dollars, and the they're are all completely amazing products with amazing color pay off.
